Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in line with these Terms.

All financial transactions are subject to KYC verification. The account holder's identity must match the payment method used. Third-party transactions are not permitted.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and 788wln (hereinafter "788wln", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 788wln online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://788wln.cam and all associated sub-pages, products and services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, subject to the jurisdictional provisions set out in Clause 13. 788wln operates as an informational and entertainment platform. We do not accept deposits or process wagers directly through this website. The Platform connects users to operator-provided services under the applicable operator licence. All wagering activities are governed by the operator's licence conditions.
In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is higher — to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. 788wln strictly prohibits access by persons below the minimum applicable age. If the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is underage, the Account will be suspended pending verification, and any funds deposited during that period may be returned to the source without interest.
Attaining the age of 18 does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction that imposes specific gambling restrictions. Age eligibility is a minimum threshold, not a lawfulness guarantee.
When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts, or using another person's account without their knowledge, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled Wagers across those accounts.
The Platform may be inaccessible or restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your country, province or territory of residence. 788wln expressly disclaims any representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 788wln will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login information.
You should notify support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform may require you to change your password and may temporarily suspend the Account pending an investigation.
The Platform may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address (not more than three months old), and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Requests for closure made as part of a problem-gambling self-exclusion will be treated as a priority and processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling provisions of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to close any Account in its absolute discretion, including where misuse, fraudulent conduct, or breach of these Terms is identified.
Funds must be deposited using a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are set by the operator. Deposit methods may include bank transfer and certain digital wallet services. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced here as familiar Pakistani payment services for context only. None of these providers endorse or affiliate with 788wln, and their availability as active deposit methods must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable Bonus wagering requirements; (c) Account standing — accounts under review or investigation will have withdrawals held pending resolution; and (d) identity match between the account name and the withdrawal destination.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and operator workload. No guaranteed processing timeframe is represented by 788wln. Users seeking status updates on pending withdrawal requests should contact the support team directly.
Account balances and transaction amounts may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another denomination as configured by the operator. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, will be shown before a transaction is confirmed.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to individual Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable Bonus Terms before claiming any promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the Bonus Terms attached to that offer.
Bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — or, in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount — must be wagered that number of times in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed.
While an active bonus is in your Account, a maximum stake per Wager applies. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum (commonly PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per round or event, as specified in the individual Bonus Terms) may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette, blackjack and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%) or zero. Live casino games may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each game are specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
The Platform reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has abused any promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse. Any winnings derived from abusive promotional activity may be voided.
All Wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion. A Wager is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the system. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any Wager at any time without prior notice.
If odds, lines or payouts are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, typographical error or any other cause — the Platform reserves the right to void any Wager placed at the erroneous price. Where possible, affected Users will be notified and their stakes returned.
Betting markets for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and other sports events are offered for entertainment and informational purposes. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL franchises and the ICC on this Platform do not imply any official partnership, affiliation or endorsement by PCB, PSL, the ICC or any national cricket board. All sporting event results are governed by the relevant sporting authority's official outcome.
Wagers are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority, regulatory body or game provider as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's decision — made in good faith with reference to official sources — shall be final.

Breach of any of the above constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal action where appropriate.

This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent; (b) use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices from Platform content.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to 788wln may be used by 788wln without restriction or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788wln, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the cause of action and regardless of whether 788wln has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 788wln does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages — in such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
788wln reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated version of the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.3.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Prior versions are archived and may be made available on request by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, as specified in the operator's published licence documentation. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their breach, termination or validity, shall first be submitted to the Platform's internal disputes resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's licence jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law in the User's country of residence.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent those laws cannot be contractually excluded.
